Refund policy


30 days from date of purchase. Product must be undamaged and returned in original packaging. Please inspect your items within the return period to ensure that there has not been any damage to drink delivery. Any notification of damage parts must be accompanied by a photo.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items which have been installed are not eligible for return. Please test all items within the return period and notify us immediately should you find any defects. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Authorization is required to complete any return or exchange

You must also contact us to request return authorization. Once processed, you receive written authorization by email.

Please do not send any items without return authorization as we will not be able to track these items and accounts associated with the return/ exchange.

Returns can only be processed once an item has been received.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives and is damaged or effective you then you must notify us immediately. You must also provide photo evidence of the damage/ defect. If you do not document the damage or fail to notify us, your return and or exchange may be denied.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to buyer misuse/ damage. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hexagongarage.com and send your item to: MMM DIGITAL, 400 Tenafly Road, P.O Box 323, Tenafly NJ 07670.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Unless damaged, shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We may at times allow your choice of carrier. However, your shipment must be include a checking number

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore, you should be sure to choose a reliable carrier.

Buyer Remorse

All orders returned due to buyers remorse and or change of heart are subject to 15% restocking fee as well as any related shipping charges.

Please Note that shipping cost for returns Will be determined by the carrier of yours or our choosing and may at times be higher than you were originally charged.
