Hexagon Garage Shipping & Delivery

Delivery in most cases will take 4 to 6 days to most locations via FedEx or DHL.

*Custom orders please add 2-3 day lead-time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours except in the case of custom orders. 
 
Once your item has shipped, a fulfillment confirmation will be sent to you.
 
Shipments originating from our factory store and not sent via express courier will arrive between 6-10 days.

 

Supply Chain Disruptions

Should an item become unavailable as a result of supply chain disruption then we will source a replacement for the identical item within (5) business days. If we are unable to source a replacement then a refund will be issued to you.

Items which have been fulfilled and shipped to you can only be refunded after delivery. If you would like a refund before delivery then you may do so via email or chat message and a return label will be sent to you.

 

If an item becomes oversold 

If your item becomes oversold and or a stock is not delivered in time then your order will automatically be rerouted through our factory store.

Shipments sent to non-us locations will arrive in the delivery country within 2 to 3 days.
