Brightness of these lights almost hurt your eyes they are prefect for a garage they are no dark spots anywhere in my garage now.. if your on the fence pull the trigger I got the 20'x20' because they didn't have a 30x30. Definitely worth it
Nice modern look
The lighting delivered the WOW factor we were looking for, and the end result looks fantastic. Ross was a pleasure to work with—very responsive and helpful throughout the process. One thing that would have been helpful earlier on was receiving the amp and electrical requirements in advance, as our installers needed that information to properly size the wiring for the grid.

After mutple conversations to get a clear idea of the final layout that we had in mind Ross tweaked the design until we had just what we wanted. We received the product in 10 boxes for a complete ceiling in a 3000 sq foot showroom , it seemed a bit overwhelming. Within the box was a perfectly explained picture layout with ever bar and style of connector accounted for . Once we got started and made sure that the first row was square to the room, we got very comfortable with process and the ceiling came together perfectly! To say that I recommend this product from this company is an understatement, kiddos to Ross and his team for tons of support and patience to get exactly what we wanted .

Is it as bright as your standard hex lights?
Close, but not quite at full power. At 100%, a 2 ft low voltage bar is rated 6.5W · 748 lm vs 8W · 920 lm on AC. Want the most light? Choose our AC grid. Want control? Choose this one.
What comes in the box?
Bars, connectors, zip ties, the dimmable driver(s) (quantity set by your grid's total wattage), 1 wall dimmer switch (one per zone; extra zones $89 each; 2.4GHz receiver built in), a 2.4GHz remote control and a wiring schematic for your size.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes, for the AC hookup to each driver. The grid itself clicks together, and only 24V DC goes to the ceiling.
Is it hard to install?
You build the grid on the floor, test it, then mount it. Each bar pushes straight in and clicks. Every kit has a drawing and a wiring schematic.
Will my dimmer work?
It works with 0-10V, 1-10V, potentiometer and 10V PWM dimmers. Regular household dimmers are not listed as compatible.
Does it work with Alexa, Google or Lutron?
Yes, with add-ons. Alexa and Google Assistant control works with the optional LTECH smart hub, sold separately. For Lutron, add a Lutron 0-10V module. It also works with standard 0-10V wall dimmers.
Can I control different areas separately?
Yes. Each zone is a separately switched area with its own wall dimmer switch. One wall dimmer switch (one zone) comes with every kit. For each extra zone, add another wall switch for $89 using “Need more than one zone?” below the Add to cart button. Your remote controls up to 4 zones.
Do these hexagon lights come with a remote?
Yes. Every low voltage kit includes a 2.4GHz RF remote control and the wall dimmer switch it pairs with (the receiver is built into the dimmer). Dim the grid from the car or anywhere in the room.
How far does the remote reach?
Up to 100 ft (30 m) to the wall dimmer, where the receiver is built in. Metal can block the signal.
Will it flicker when dimmed low?
No. The wall dimmer has a small trim screw behind the faceplate. Set it once and the grid stays steady at its lowest level.
How many drivers do I need?
Driver quantity is determined by the total wattage of your grid. Each 300W driver runs up to 36 two-foot bars. A 19×25 ft grid needs 5. Your schematic shows the exact number. See "Plan your power" below.
What if a bar stops working?
Pop it out with the removal tool and click in a new one. No wire nuts, no soldering. The kit (grid + driver) has a 5-year (60-month) warranty.

Troubleshooting
- Grid dark: tripped breaker, open switch, or loose or reversed wiring. Check the breaker, verify mains voltage at the driver input and tighten all connections. A driver in protection mode restarts by itself once the fault is cleared.
- One bar or cell dark: power down, remove the bar with the red tool, straighten the pins and reseat until it clicks.
- Far end of the grid dimmer: too many bars on one feed. Add a power drop / driver and rebalance.
- Flicker at the lowest dimmer setting: remove the dimmer faceplate and turn the micro-trim screw clockwise until the light is stable.
- Remote not responding: replace the batteries, then re-pair the remote to the wall dimmer switch (the receiver is in the dimmer) using the steps in its instructions.
