Shipping policy

Delivery in most cases will take 4 to 7 days to most locations via FedEx or express courier of our choosing.

If not already offer shipping in your area. Then kindly contact us for a custom quote. Please try us on chat or send messages to support@hexgagongarage.com

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours except in the case of custom orders. 

Please allow an additional 1 to 3 days lead time for customization of your design.

Once your item has shipped, a fulfillment confirmation will be sent to you.

Shipments originating from our factory store will generally arrive between 4-7 days depending on your choice of shipping product.

 

Supply Chain Disruptions

Should an item become unavailable as a result of supply chain disruption then we will source a replacement for the identical item within (5) business days. If we are unable to source a replacement then a refund will be issued to you.

Items which have been fulfilled and shipped to you can only be refunded after delivery. If you would like a refund before delivery then you may do so via email or chat message and a return label will be sent to you.

 

If an item becomes oversold 

If your item becomes oversold and or a stock is not delivered in time then your order will automatically be rerouted through our factory store.

Items shipped from our factory store may take up to 1-3 days to reach their destination country and up to 10 days beyond that to be delivered to customers
