Get tracking updates

Tracking updates are available within a few days of processing your order.

Please note that shipments are often handled by more than one carrier including the USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS as well as other contracted carriers.

As a result, tracking updates could be delayed after changing hands from one carrier to the next.

 

Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 days except for if placed on the weekend. Order confirmations are sent within minutes of submitting your order and should be saved for your records

 

Confirmation emails including tracking information will be sent to the email on file once the order has left the warehouses.

All shipments are sent directly from our overseas warehouse except in the case where inventory is held in your country.

 

Delivery
Most deliveries within the Continental US will take between 4 to 6 days. Deliveries to Canada will on average require 9 to 10 days.

*Please note that during the Covid outbreak deliveries may take longer

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.

In most cases returns are received locally in your country of origin. Please visit our returns page.
